These questions are used as a guideline to help us place the right puppy in the right homes and ensure the best quality of life for both the family and each DeLorenzo Dachshund Puppy/Dog. (Due to the fact that we make sure our puppies go to the right homes, we reserve the right at DeLorenzo Dachshunds to decide who can adopt one of our puppies. We can choose to close a reservation and refund deposit at any time before adoption.)

21. When this puppy is purchased as a family companion and not for breeding. We encourage you to discuss the best time to have your puppy spayed/neutered with your veterinarian. Do you agree to comply with this?
22. Have you reviewed our website regarding our contract with requirements and adoption fee? Also, do you understand that the future adoption fee is $3,400.00 plus 8.75% tax (tax subject to change). Boarding fee of $25 a day after puppy is 9 weeks and 3 days old to be paid by adoptive family, including any vet bills, shots and supplies after 8 weeks and 3 days (Subject to my Availability). The $300 deposit is nonrefundable/nontransferable and with a 12 month commitment? (After such time, if we have not had a puppy of your choice above, your deposit is refundable if you choose. You may also choose to decline adoption three times if there is a puppy available of your choosing. After such time, reservations will be closed and deposit nonrefundable/nontransferable.)
23. I do not ever ship puppies from DeLorenzo Dachshunds, but will allow them to fly onboard with an approved family member if the family can not come to our home in Moreno Valley for pickup. If need be, there is a $75.00 fee to meet at ONT – Ontario International Airport in California with your puppy. LAX, Palm Springs, or other airports farther away than ONT will have a higher travel fee that we can discuss. We also have the option of booking myself as a travel nanny. Please let me know if you would like more information.
