“Coral” DOB: April 17, 2026. Introducing our first born “Coral”. She is a little chunky monkey. Three weeks old today. 1 pound 12.5 ounces. I believe she will be a smooth coat shaded cream but still need a couple weeks to allow her coat to develop.
“Reef” DOB: April 17, 2026. Say hello to our second born “Reef”. He is such a sweetheart.
Three weeks old today and 1 pound 7.3 ounces.
I believe he will be a smooth coat red but still need a couple weeks to allow his coat to develop.
“Pebble” DOB: April 17, 2026. So happy to introduce our third born “Pebble”.
He is such a calm little soul. Three weeks old today and 1 pound 0.6 ounces.

“Pearl” DOB: April 17, 2026. Last but definitely not least, here is our sweet little girl “Pearl”. Last to be born and sixth in birth order. Like her brother ”Finn” she is also such a gentle little girl. Three weeks old today and 1 pound 2.1 ounces. September 13, 2025 – Busy day here at DeLorenzo Dachshunds as families got to come and get their forever best friend. Duke is now with his new mama and will also be keeping his call name as Duke. Can’t be more grateful for the wonderful new life he is now experiencing. Happy trails sweet boy.

July 13, 2025 – “Here are all the family updates since adoption day for Vinnie Giammanco aka “Carl VINSON” Saturday: “Thank you so much!!! We are so in love right now. You are truly an angel! We just got home a bit ago and he seems to be really enjoying himself and getting very comfortable.” “I just wanted you to know he had an amazing day today! He was super playful and was chasing balls and running around most of the day. Had a few naps in between too. His personality is just PERFECT. He truly is a god sent to us. Thank you again for allowing us to open our home to one of your pups. He is officially down for the night.” Sunday: “We can go with this one! (Family adoption picture.) This has to be my Christmas card this year. lol Vinnie is doing so good today. I bought him dog steps so he can learn to get off the couch without hurting himself and comfortably. He was a little timid at first and I was working on it with him a little and now he’s doing it just fine. He is such a fast learner. I had to put bells on him because he’s so tiny and didn’t realize how much he actually blends in with my flooring. I wanted to make sure everyone can hear him until he gets a little bit bigger .lol He also enjoyed some fresh air with me today. Also his full name is Vinnie Giammanco.” Monday: “I don’t think it’s possible to get any cuter than this.” Today (Friday): “Oh my goodness these are all beyond precious (newborn photos) !!!!! We love him so much. Can’t even put into words just how special he truly is. We had his full wellness exam yesterday. The vet said he’s absolutely perfect and healthy. Poop did come back positive for giardia (not surprised since he’s still a pup) so we’ll start him on meds today. Otherwise he’s doing great. We are coordinating training to begin at the end of the month. He’s got next DHPP vaccine scheduled for next week. And he’s just living his best life. I told my husband I can’t wait until he’s got a brother to play with. He loves exploring and I just love how curious he is. He listens very well. He’s so gentle and loving and playful. He also really enjoys car rides and he loves his naps.”
Adopted on 07/12/2025: “Vinson” has such a sweet nature. Red smooth, Crate trained, Potty, Leash and harness training very good, up to date on vaccine schedule, playful but loves to cuddle. Really good at polite sit and social with the dogs here. He sleeps 8 hours a night without any trouble. Can nap 3-4 hours in his crate during the day. GrandChampion AKC bloodlines like his grandpa. Perfect vet check report and just adorable.
